- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆I do not recommend. It seems like they always hire their grandkids for stuff and the kids are lazy and unhelpful. I called for questions and the agent was short with me and acted as though she didn't have time she needed to get in the back room and have her coffee, tea, food, etc. Overall bad experience and I do like Frick better customer service wise. below average for erieBy Elena M., March 05, 2017
